Riviera Telephone Company, Inc. (RTC) awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors whose parents have service in any of the RTC exchanges (Riviera, Loyola Beach, Sarita or Armstrong). Scholarship applications may be obtained from your high school counselor or you may pick one up at The Riviera Telephone Company, Inc. business office located at 103 South 8th Street, Riviera, Texas.
